Boil gooseberries for 10 min until soft.
Let it cool down and remove the seed.
In a mixer jar make smooth paste from boiled gooseberries.
In a pan and gooseberry paste amd sugar and cook on medium low flame untill mixture leaves the sides of pan.
Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Cool it down completely and store in a clean glass jar.
Can be stored upto 1 year.
Its very healthy and beneficial for eyesight and hairs.
